Her current role as Head of Internal Control, Conduct & Compliance highlights her proficiency in key areas such as internal control, internal audit, fraud management, and risk management, as well as a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing banking activities.
Ms. Ngono has invested in her academic growth, culminating in a Master's degree in Bank-Money-International Finance from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon. Before her Master's degree, she also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Monetary and Banking Economy from the University of Ngaoundere.
