  • 02 passport photo 4*4 color of signatories
  • Location plan of the head office and signatory(ies) / utility bill
  • Valid taxpayers’ card 
  • Signature specimen card of all authorized signatories 
  • Signed account opening form
  • Request to open account ( on letterhead) 
  • Board resolution authorizing signatories
  •  Valid certificate of non-indebtedness
