  • Taxpayers card if applicable
  • FATCA if applicable
  • National ID card or passport of trustees / signatories
  • 2 passport photo 4*4 color of each signatory
  • Location plan / Proof of address / Utility bill
  • Signature specimen card of all authorized signatories
  • Signed account opening form
  • Request to open account (on letterhead)
  • Board resolution authorizing signatories
