Pamela Kadji

Head of Commercial Banking

Pamela KADJI is a senior banking executive with over 15 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate relationship management, credit risk, and business development across leading financial institutions in Cameroon.

 

She currently serves as Head of Commercial Banking at Access Bank Cameroon, where she is responsible for building and expanding the Commercial Banking franchise. In this role, she leads the development of strategic relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Local Corporates, drives business growth, structures financing solutions, and delivers integrated banking services covering trade finance, cash management, lending, foreign exchange, and transaction banking.

 

Throughout her career, Pamela has held progressively senior leadership positions in renowned financial institutions, including Société Générale Cameroun, where she spent ten years in relationship management and branch leadership, AFG Bank Cameroon, where she successfully led the SME segment, and Access Bank Cameroon, where she now spearheads the Commercial Banking division.

 

Recognized for her strategic vision and execution capabilities, she has played a key role in structuring complex financing transactions, supporting business expansion across multiple sectors, and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients. Her expertise spans corporate banking, credit structuring, portfolio management, business transformation, and commercial strategy.

 

Pamela holds a Master's degree in Finance, an ITB Diploma from École Supérieure de Banque, Paris, and a Global Executive MBA in Management from IFG Executive Education x Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds a Leadership Certification, further reinforcing her expertise in strategic management, executive leadership, and corporate governance.
