Access Bank Cameroon has successfully concluded its participation in the 10th edition of the International Enterprise, SME and Partnership Exhibition (PROMOTE 2026), reinforcing its position as a leading financial institution driving financial inclusion, SME development, and international trade across Cameroon and Africa. As a gateway to Africa and global markets, Access Bank Cameroon remains committed to providing the financial solutions, expertise, and partnerships needed to help individuals and businesses thrive.

 

Over ten days, the Bank welcomed entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, development partners, women-led enterprises, young innovators, and members of the public to its stand at the Finance Pavilion of the Yaoundé conference center. Through a series of high-impact conferences, business engagements, and financial education sessions, Access Bank Cameroon demonstrated its commitment to expanding access to finance and unlocking growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes.

 

Under the theme, “Access Bank Cameroon: Enabling Trade, Growth and Financial Inclusion,” the Bank delivered a comprehensive programme focused on SME formalization, treasury management, women entrepreneurship, value chain development, digital banking solutions, remittances, and youth empowerment.

 

Throughout the exhibition, entrepreneurs and business owners received guidance on improving bankability, formalizing operations, accessing financing, and leveraging digital banking tools to accelerate growth. Women entrepreneurs and youth-led businesses also benefited from dedicated sessions designed to promote inclusive economic participation and long-term business sustainability.

 

The discussions highlighted a key reality shaping Cameroon’s economic future: sustainable growth depends on greater financial inclusion, stronger support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and improved access to regional and international markets.

 

PROMOTE 2026 also provided Access Bank Cameroon with an opportunity to showcase its unique strength as part of the Access Bank Group, one of Africa’s largest banking networks. Participants engaged with the Bank on practical solutions that facilitate cross-border trade, international payments, trade finance, foreign exchange services, and access to opportunities across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
