Roger Sakeo Tamwo is an accomplished banking expert with over 15 years of experience across Europe and Central Africa. At Access Bank Cameroon, he leads the Global Trade Services division, overseeing strategy and execution in Trade Finance, FX Solutions, and Transaction Banking.
Before joining Access Bank, Roger held key leadership roles at Société Générale Cameroun, including Deputy Head of Global Transaction Banking and Regional Head of FX Solutions Sales for the CEMAC region. He has successfully driven commercial strategies in Trade Finance, Electronic Payments, FX, and Factoring, while closely supporting corporate client teams.
His career began in Europe at Clearstream and ING Luxembourg, where he gained hands-on experience in international banking operations as a Corporate Actions Officer.
Roger holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Strategy from IMC European Business School (France), a Professional Bachelor's in Banking and Insurance Customer Management from the University of Lorraine, and a University Diploma in Banking Management from the University of Luxembourg.
Certified Green Belt Lean Six Sigma, Roger is recognised for his strategic vision, strong execution, and ability to lead teams in complex and fast-paced environments.
