Rolande joined Access Bank Cameroon in January 2024 as the Head Public Sector & Institutions. Her 20years global professional experience has honed her into a seasoned banker. She has 5 years international banking experience, and 10 years of banking experience in Cameroon.
Rolande has a rich academic background. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Quebec, Canada, she has completed several trainings and earned certificates such as Certificate in Mutual Funds (Canadian Securities), TD Canada trust credit Certification, Financial Services Management and the Ecobank Retail Banking Academy I, London.
Before joining the bank, Rolande started her banking experience with Bank of Montreal (BMO) as Financial Services Manager and later moved to Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank) for the same position. She successfully applied for Federal government exams and was hired as Taxes Officer for corporate department at the Federal Revenue Agency for 5years.
Upon arriving in Cameroon, she resumed her new role as a Branch Manager in 2013 for Ecobank Cameroon’s biggest branch in Yaoundé where she instigated a new branch and was later appointed Head Diaspora in 2016. From 2017 to 2023, she served as regional Account Manager at Corporate Banking with Ecobank, leading the marketing, banking, and relationship management activities of international organizations & Financial Institutions in CEMAC region.
Her experience has allowed her to develop valuable skills in customer service, leadership, human resources, and portfolio management. Her work ethic and commitment resulted in increased profitability at the branches under her supervision, she is grateful to be part of the Access Nation family and will provide her best efforts for greater achievements and successful career.
