Board and Management Team

Mr. Wilfred Mukwele Ntuba joined ENEO Cameroon S.A. as CFO from 2014 to 2017. He has subsequently held several executive management positions covering Strategy, Performance, IT, and Operations Support until his recent appointment as Audit and Compliance Director in 2022.

Prior to joining the electricity distribution company in Cameroon, he was Executive Director of Finance and Administration at SCB Cameroon (2002-2007), and Gambia (2007-2009).  He was Branch CFO of Standard Chartered Bank, South Africa (2009-2014), where he was Non-Executive Director of Standard Chartered Securities South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Standard Chartered Securities Africa Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Wilfred Ntuba is a seasoned General Manager and governance leader with extensive experience in banking, operational excellence and leadership development. He holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore (Maryland), USA.

Mr. Wilfred Ntuba is married and father of four children.
